A LIFETIME OF SECRETS.
Thursday, April 3, 2008I suddenly realized what I would want to give myself the next time I feel like I deserve a treat: POSTSECRET BOOKS.
I have been following PostSecret for a year now. The first time I ever hit the site, I immediately fell in love with the anonymous people who were brave enough to send in their secrets and confessions. Although there is that guarantee of anonymity, the secrets posted every week would tell you how much courage these fragile souls take to let these personal things out. If you visit the site, you’d know what I mean. The secrets range from the craziest to the weirdest to the most dramatic to the most sincere. They all exude real, honest, and raw emotions, and that’s why I love collecting them myself. There are also four compilations, I think, that are out in the market. I really hope that I can buy at least one. Please, LORD.
